Finding balance in the harmony of nature
Mindara Residences needed an identity that will convey its concept of a garden-inspired home and a well-balanced Davaoeño life. Taking cues from how communal green spaces provide respite from our urban lifestyles, we looked into the rhythm and patterns of nature as inspiration for our brand narrative and art direction.
Finding peace in the symmetry and undertones of nature, we worked with design elements that resemble shapes of petals and leaves to represent the layers of greeneries and culture that are integrated within the structure of Mindara Residences.
Matching the comforts of a garden-inspired home
Nature comforts us with her harmony and so, we echoed this balance to Mindara Residences’ identity and tone of voice. Stemming from this idea, we also opted for cleaner layout compositions and geometric rhythm patterns to connote an image of harmony rooted in the development’s promise of a well-balanced life.
